2.2 Lendline does not collect, store, or retain consumer lead data generated through marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. Such data is directly owned and controlled by the platforms on which it originates (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) and handed off to the Client.
3. Use of Information
3.1 We use client information strictly to:
Deliver contracted Services.
Configure, optimize, and manage marketing campaigns.
Provide account access to SaaS tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Maintain billing and administrative records.
3.2 Lendline will never sell, rent, or profit from client data outside of the direct working relationship with the Client or approved partnerships.
3.3 Any sharing of information is strictly limited to trusted third-party service providers legally obligated to maintain confidentiality and security under contractual agreements.
4. Client Responsibilities Regarding Lead Data
4.1 All consumer or lead data generated through campaigns (e.g., potential homebuyers, refinance prospects, rent-to-own applicants) is transmitted directly from advertising platforms to the Client.
4.2 Such data is not maintained or stored by Lendline.
4.3 Clients are solely responsible for the secure handling, storage, and usage of consumer lead data in compliance with all applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, including CASL and PIPEDA.
4.4 Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) are legally responsible for the initial collection and transmission of consumer data, subject to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, which Lendline complies with in full.
5. Disclosure of Information
5.1 We may share client information only with:
Authorized employees and contractors of Lendline, bound by confidentiality.
Trusted third-party providers essential to service delivery (e.g., hosting platforms, SaaS tools, analytics providers).
Regulatory authorities or legal bodies, if required by law or valid legal process.
5.2 All third parties receiving client information are contractually or legally bound to maintain confidentiality and use the information solely for the purposes intended.
6. Data Retention and Security
6.1 Lendline retains only business and operational client information for as long as necessary to provide Services or as required by law.
6.2 We employ commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of information.
6.3 Clients may request deletion of retained business information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

7.1 As of August 2025, Lendline complies with all applicable Canadian federal and Ontario provincial laws governing the responsible use of AI, including emerging frameworks under the Artificial Intelligence and Data Act (AIDA) and related standards.
7.2 Any AI tools or automations employed by Lendline (e.g., for campaign optimization, reporting, or internal workflow) are used solely to enhance service delivery and remain compliant with governing privacy regulations.
7.3 AI-driven processes are not used to exploit, resell, or misuse client or consumer data.
8. International Data Transfers
8.1 Where Services involve tools or platforms located outside of Canada, client information may be transferred internationally.
8.2 In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards and compliance with applicable data transfer rules.
