From corporate sales floors to commercial deal acquisition.
My background is corporate sales. Time on the floor at Mercedes-Benz taught me how high-ticket buying decisions actually get made — and how much revenue is lost between interest and commitment.
From there I moved into internal marketing inside real estate law firms through internships, which is where the mechanics of the transaction — the paper, the lender, the borrower profile — stopped being abstract.
After early success I decided to build my own career in real estate, focusing specifically on deal acquisition for lenders and brokers who need qualified borrowers. Non-QM is where I saw the real value add: commercial files carry a complexity that standard residential lending simply doesn’t reward.
Fast forward to today, my team and I run one of the largest and fastest growing lending specalized marketing firms in North America serving the commercial and private lending industry.
